Parsnip Brown Butter Bisque: ancient grain granola, garam masala

Starters, Shared for the Table

• Baked Brie: roasted persimmon, hot honey
• Golden Beet Salad: herbed ricotta, chicory, upland cress, pistachio, citrus vinaigrette
• Duck Prosciutto & Pear Salad: pomegranate gastrique
• Crab Croquette: crab and confit bacon, pickled root vegetable remoulade

Entrée (choose one)

• Turkey with All the Fixings: carved turkey breast, whipped Yukon gold potatoes, creamed cornbread stuffing, wild mushroom green bean casserole, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce
• Roasted NY Striploin with All the Fixings: whipped Yukon gold potatoes, creamed cornbread stuffing, wild mushroom green bean casserole, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce
• Tapioca Flour Crusted California Seabass: braised cabbage, truffle nage
• Stuffed Acorn Squash: roasted root vegetables, citrus glaze, Israeli couscous

Dessert (choose one)

• Pumpkin Pie: cinnamon chantilly
• French Apple Pie: vanilla ice cream, salted caramel, candied pecan
